The new HWg-STE2 R2 Ethernet thermometer is a small, simple and autonomous device that allows you to measure and monitor the temperature of a room or computer room 24 hours a day.
The STE2 R2 is delivered with 1 Uni-Wire type temperature sensor on a 3m cord and RJ11 socket and supports a total of 4 temperature and/or humidity probes allowing the sending of alerts by electronic mail (emails) when crossing maximum and minimum thresholds defined.
The STE2 R2 is also equipped with 2 dry contact input ports to connect other sensors such as movement, door opening, smoke detector, etc.
In addition, the system includes a graphical interface allowing data browsing and rapid generation of Excel reports.
In addition, the new STE2 R2 integrates PoE (self-power) and WiFi function to facilitate wired or wireless integration into existing network infrastructure.
The TCP/IP configuration of the Ethernet thermometer and the temperature threshold values can be configured from a web browser.
Temperature monitoring can be done:
- Via a web browser (IE/Firefox/Chrome...)
- From centralized control software using the SNMP protocol
- From a SmartPhone with the dedicated free application for iPhone or Android.
The HWg-STE Ethernet thermometer comes with 1 sensor and supports up to 3 sensors connected via RJ-11 per box for temperature and humidity control.
